Moriah Bostian is an Endowed Professor of Economics at Lewis & Clark College in Portland, OR, US. She specialises in the overlapping areas of productivity analysis and environmental and resource economics, with a focus on integrated modelling. Her recent work includes applications related to agricultural productivity and water quality, agricultural adaptation to climate change, and incorporating environmental values into conventional measures of total factor productivity. Moriah serves as an Associate Editor for the Australian Journal of Agricultural and Resource Economics and the Journal of Productivity Analysis. She also holds affiliated positions with the University of Sydney and the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences Centre for Environmental and Resource Economics.
​Salomón Salcedo is a Senior International Consultant in agricultural and food economics. He served as a Senior Policy Officer in FAO’s Regional Office for Latin America and the Caribbean in Santiago, Chile, and as a Senior Strategy and Planning Officer in FAO HQ in Rome, Italy, for nearly twenty years. In his home country, Mexico, he worked in commercial agricultural credit, created the economic analysis unit of the largest farmers association, and worked for the Ministry of Agriculture. In recent years, he prepared a policy response to food crises in Central America, conducted policy analysis and rural development planning in Latin America and the Caribbean, and contributed to the design and monitoring of World Bank agricultural investment programs in Asia.

​Tim Nelson is currently the Chair of the independent review of Australia's National Electricity Market (NEM) to make recommendations to Ministers in late 2025. He is an Associate Professor at Griffith University and has widely published in Australian and international peer-reviewed journals. He holds a PhD in economics for which he earned a Chancellors Doctoral Research Medal and a first-class honours degree in economics. Tim is also a fellow of the Governance Institute (FGIA FCG CS CGP) and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). He is also a Fellow of the Centre for Policy Development. Tim was the Executive General Manager, Energy Markets at Iberdrola Australia until November 2024. In this role, Tim led the wholesale and retail energy markets functions. He also led business development for firming, hydrogen and smart solutions. 
​Nazmun N. Ratna is Associate Professor at Lincoln University. In 2007 she worked on the intersection of institutions, diversity and economic development. Nudged by the university’s mission to “feed the world”, in 2012 she started to investigate agriculture-food security-gender nexus in the context of climate change, conflict and displacement with research students in Africa, Southeast Asia and Central America. She enjoys collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on externally funded policy research on inclusive agricultural value chain and sustainable food systems in Asia. Her recent work applies feminist theories, intersectionality and mixed methods to develop tools for measuring women’s empowerment and adaptive capacity. Nazmun is an Associate Editor for Asia and the Pacific Policy Studies.

​Danielle Wood is Chair of the Productivity Commission. Previously she was CEO of the Grattan Institute and Head of its Budgets and Government Program. During her time at Grattan Institute, Danielle also held roles as member of the Australian Government’s Women’s Economic Equality Taskforce, the Parliamentary Budget Office Expert Advisory Committee, the Jobs and Skills Australia Consultative Forum and the Australia and New Zealand School of Government Research Committee. Danielle holds an Honours degree in Economics from the University of Adelaide and two Master degrees, one in Economics and one in Competition Law, from the University of Melbourne. Danielle is an Honorary Fellow and former President of the Economic Society of Australia and a Research Fellow of the Women’s Leadership Institute. She was the co-founder and first Chair of the Women in Economics Network.
Rick Llewellyn is a Senior Principal Research Scientist with CSIRO Agriculture & Food based at the Waite Campus in Adelaide, South Australia. Following his PhD in Agricultural & Research Economics from the University of Western Australia, his work has bridged agricultural economics, farming systems research and adoption of innovations. This includes leading the development of the widely used ADOPT tool and strategies for sustainable crop and land management practice change in modern farming systems. He currently leads the $30M grains industry investment RiskWi$e, a national risk management initiative aimed at increasing the farm-level application of behavioural economic and risk decision approaches.
