1:30-3:15pm: Tour of Waite Campus overview of history and activities at the Waite, walk in Arboretum and Aboriginal Food Garden
3:30 – 4:30pm: Adelaide’s first food bowl, Brown Hill Creek catchment – Mitcham Councillor and local history expert – Mr Andrew Tilley 4:45-5:30pm: Mt Lofty look over Adelaide from the top of the Adelaide Hills Overview of early colony history and bid for UNESCO World Heritage – Adjunct Prof Randy Stringer (Former head of Global Food and Resources Unit, University of Adelaide)
5:30-7:30pm: Group meal at Historic Stirling Hotel – choice of meal and a drink part of the package
7:30-8:00pm: Bus ride back to Adelaide Convention Centre
